You can just imagine how much worse things are now 3+ years down the line... :(

The place is a mess, there are stories it would have cost £££ to fix structural issues with it back in the 80's, so I dread to think how much it would cost to fix and renovate now!

I'd like to get see some independent (i.e. not hired by MI Trust) architects and stuctural engineers come in and say how much it'll cost to fix the structural issues and then how much it'll cost to do anything with it.  Unless something like that is done chances are no lottery funding bid would be successful.
