And spouting exactly the same buzzword laden shite which the last leader of council found so difficult to resist.

BRU?
Oi! Listen mush. Old eyes, remember? I’ve been around the block a few times. More than a few. They’ve knocked down the blocks I’ve been around and rebuilt them as bigger blocks. Super blocks. And I’ve been round them as well.  The Doctor (Night Terrors)

Thank You!

Interesting reading though.  Success is state of mind, that bit of his training went well then didn't it.

Our Rikki has never stopped touting his business advice. His  "company" Rikki Hunt Associates, is not a limited company so he is not breaking the terms of his bankruptcy as he is not registered as a director. When he describes himself as  "we" and uses the plural as in "Associates" it is a typical way of making him seem to belong to a larger organisation instead of being a one-man band. (There are many similarities with Rikki and the directors of Moirai, for instance.)
I believe that just as a tradesman is allowed to keep his tools and be employed by others if he goes bankrupt, so can Rikki continue with his business methods and bulls**t.
What's it all about?

No I realise that it's not a limited company, but there are restrictions on running a business.

It's hard to see how he can run any meaningful business as an undischarged bankrupt.

So Rikki uses the Royal we, explains a lot. I take it then that all the money he's hived off the Council is his version of the Civil List!

Looks like he's a reformed character
I can think of a couple SBC projects that could do with his advice judging by what's he's offering, especially the bit about 'assistance with the removal of executives where necessary' (where's the 'tongue in cheek' smilie?).

The thing is Phil I didn't think there was any Financial Information about Digital City otherwise we would know what happened to our £400,000, which we don't, even after a years investigation by the Scrutiny Special Working Party!

I wonder how my friend 'the feret' is getting on with their investigation?

Will DC yet come back to haunt Mr Hunt?

Looks like another inflatable tank to me.  Impressive from a distance but an empty shell when you look closely at it and, like most empty shells, has more noise than substance.

I suppose my question is: Who is this set up intended to impress? - strikes me that it's more elaborate than the WiFi'asco wheeze and more detailed than general touting, so what or who is being groomed for 'The Service' this time?

Also, Rikki reckons 'failure is death' so he must have more lives than a cat.
