Virginmedia ate my NTL email acoount several days ago.

They said I could download another mail wossname, so I did, the validation email went to my NTL account.

Oh, how I laughed.

S'pose I could email them, or not.

Final irony would be that it was eaten during exciting new improvements.

Improvements are so shit sometimes aren't they?

Similar story. 
My phone went kaput, I sent it off to Vodafone to get fixed. 
3 weeks later they sent it back to me, still broken.
I called them to say wtf, why haven't you fixed it?
They then told me that they had attempted to contact me on 3 or 4 separate occasions to inform me they needed extra info and that I hadn't responded to their messages.
Where had they contacted me?  On the number on my account
What was the number on my account?  My mobile number.
Hang on, my mobile number?  Ah yes, that would be the one that you have had for 3 weeks to fix.  Maybe that explains why I "hadn't responded".
