Voting Rights: Prisoners | Cabinet Office | Written Answers

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office pursuant to the oral answer of 23 November 2010, Official Report, column 153, on prisoners (voting rights), if he will assess the merits of bringing forward proposals to restrict voting rights for prisoners to those limited to serving custodial sentences for summary offences determined by magistrates courts.
