Could not open this but can remember SCARP and one of it's leading lights was that prominent Lib/Dem Cllr Ann Baxter who desperately wanted to become the Mayor of Swindon. I believe her mother had been a previous Mayor.
The other facinating thing is the picture of a very young Roy Cozens who can now be seen nearly every morning at 9.30 am in the Central Library reading the daily papers.
He is actively involved with Martha Parry and the Mechanics Institute restoration

Sorry Komadori, because the post linked to a feed to local candidates debating 8 topics, Town Centre Regeneration, Wi-Fi, Climate Change, Education, immigration etc etc, It was posted on different threads that seemed relevant
