will tell you, as Peter Greenhalgh did:

I committed to change alright......

....so

It seems to me that reporting and questioning the behaviour of elected representatives is MORE important than standing for office.
Suggesting that the only way to do that is from inside the tent... is probably for their benefit not ours.

You could put that last one at the end of our street, especially since they started coating my blood pressure tablets with a 'banned in two countries' E number. :tickedoff:   How do I go about campaigning to get that changed?

It's very irritating!! ::)

Most used petrol station in Germany. British troops serving in Germany are issued with fuel coupons to purchase discount fuel. However, these coupons are only redeemable at certain petrol station (Shell, BP and Texaco). Wankum happens to be the last petrol station within the German border (It's a BP station) on the E34, so the soldiers returning to the UK for leave by car tend to stop and top off their fuel tanks before entering Holland

To avoid paying the levels of tax imposed by rapacious UK governments of various hues.

Bonkers in the Bunker discussed in Hollywood...

Quote
Last month, a Jewish council leader in the U.K. named Coun Rod Bluh was satirized as Hitler in one of the videos, provoking an outcry in light of the fact that he is a Holocaust survivor.

More of an outraged whisper than actual outcry, but that really is advertising that money just can't buy.

First Hansard, now Hollywood eh?, no thanks needed or expected.....

So many comments, so much to cover;

"Often, the most satisfying element of a good parody is seeing others mistake it for the genuine article."

For "some" of you, I will try to expalin what is happening here.

Hitler's evil "Jewish Solution" is nothing to do with this depiction of him as denying the reality of the Russian army being at the doors of Berlin. This about denial in the face of overwelming evidence, it's a satirical parody. If you think that it has anything whatsoever to the Nazi's racial policies, you are either; not very clever, bigoted or not very clever and bigoted.

Carry on regardless Geoff!
