I know this is old news, but I found this today - a photo of Tony Blair hosing down a graffiti-covered wall when he visited Swindon in January along with a caption competition.

Quote from: Telegraph, 16th Jan 2006
Tony Blair last week launched his "respect agenda" aimed at tackling anti-social behaviour, and chose to illustrate his campaign by hosing graffiti off a wall at the Toothill Village Centre.

But only a few days later the wall was covered in graffiti once again, with some frank replies to Mr Blair's anti-yob plan.

What could Mr Blair be saying to Anne Snelgrove, Swindon South MP, as he attempts to clear graffiti off the wall?

Sadly, I wasn't present to take my own photo of this event, as Mr Blair's visit was so high-profile that it wasn't announced until it had already happened.

We are all in this together, but some of us are more in it than others (with apologies to George Orwell)

My response would be: "Well, Anne, once all the graffiti artists have been deported, you could use this water jet for your colonic irrigation."
