Mick is a Green Computing Consultant at IBM, advising clients on energy efficient data centres and distributed computing environments.

He will address some of the issues, business drivers and opportunities that the climate change agenda is presenting to business and illustrate the steps that can be taken by IBM internally and how they are developing energy efficient solutions for their clients.

The event is free and open to non BCS members. Light refreshments will be provided.

If you are interested please register at BCS Events Registration in advance as spaces may be limited - the last lecture was supposed to come to around 40 people or so.
