bank balance..

I have received an email from companies house, which states that on the 8\4\16, moiria in. applied for notification of strike off action in regard to them.
Is this them, going for broke or have they cleaned up their act and now viable??

Annual report is overdue and they have a pdf of the strike off notice (must say I do like the new CH website)

Thanks for the reply, but as a 'layman' does this strike off, mean they will be chucked off the register or what, does it also mean that they as a company are not viable?
 I liked the ch site, and when the oasis thing was going full blast, I 'joined' and paid for a report of the day, and now they keep sending me such reports but only the first sentence etc, if I want more then I have to pay !!.

Yes, it does mean they will get chucked off, but if you look back, it happened to them before and then the chuck off was suspended.  Might mean they are just not good at keeping up, which doesn't bode well.

The accounts are only a couple of weeks late. The annual return however is 3 months late. It is late for all the legal entities concerned with the oasis.

Milton Keynes took nearly 2 years less to pull the plug on these chancers. Clearly SBC are being seen as a soft touch.

Bidders for Lydiard must be rubbing their hands. We clearly need a clear out amongst the management at SBC.
