No New Posts Conservative & Liberal Democrat Budget Cuts In Swindon rss

Conservative Controlled Swindon Borough Council had a massive hole in its budget months before the 2010 General & Local elections. To make matters worse the Conservative/Liberal Democrat Coalition Government now intends to cut the grant it gives Swindon annually by as much as £15,000,000 each year. Commercial transport companies are now being invited to 'tender' for the contract. Talkswindon bears witness to the process.
